Aerodry offers CHD Series Crystallisers for continuous crystallisation of amorphous materials such as PET. Recycling is becoming more and more important considering the environment and the ever-increasing cost of raw materials. Crystal User aids not only in better processing of recycled PET but also helps in avoiding lump formation during drying at high temperatures. The agitator hopper is equipped with a geared motor drive. The amorphous material in the hopper is kept in motion at a controlled temperature until crystallisation is concluded. The system is equipped with various sensors to ensure the uniform crystallisation of the material for further processing in the Extrusion or injection moulding process.
