MECS is the smallest gravimetric batch blending unit with a patented easy cleaning system suitable for applications where frequent colour changes are necessary. MECS has a small footprint and can be directly mounted on injection moulding machines for direct material transfer to the machine.

MECS units ensure precise and accurate dosing and mixing of polymers, regrinds, and additive masterbatches in granular/pellet form for plastic processing.

AGB 5

AGB 5 is the fastest moving gravimetric batch blending unit for online extrusion applications where polymer processing range is from 600 to 750 Kg/Hr. The unit can be supplied with or without patented easy cleaning system. AGB 5 with 5 Kg batch size can deliver highest throughput with a small footprint.

AGB 25

The AGB 25 Gravimix dosing system was developed for the efficient dosing of free-flowing thermoplastic materials. The AGB 25 is a machine with the largest capacity. It is especially suitable for machines where a constant and high quality of the final product is required. Ferlin has used the ease of use and continuity as the most important starting points when developing the Gravimix. This makes the machine extremely reliable and easy to clean.
