Job Description
Industry Preference: Candidates from the Machine Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
Age: 20–28 Years
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who will act as a vital link between the front-end sales team, branch offices, and the back-end sales operations at the Head Office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in coordination within a manufacturing setup, preferably in the machinery or plastics processing industry.
Primary Responsibilities
- - Coordinate daily tasks with sales team members and resolve hold points efficiently.
- - Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities, including preparation of techno-commercial offers.
- - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- - Handle post-sales processes such as payment follow-ups, release of PI, OFM, and OA.
- - Prepare and present monthly MIS and sales analysis reports for management review.
- - Maintain a productive work environment while supporting overall organizational goals.
- - Ensure availability and adequacy of sales-related materials and documentation.
Key Deliverables
- - Screen Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure alignment with agreed terms and conditions.
- - Maintain financial and non-financial records in digital formats and generate reports.
- - Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and messages in the absence of Sales Representatives.
- - Follow up regularly with the sales team for order updates and payment collections.
- - Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and maintaining quotation/order databases.
- - Coordinate with internal teams for pending or on-hold purchase orders.
