Job Description –

Looking for a candidate who can perform as a Service engineer, candidate should be from field service experience and should have basic knowledge of Industrial Machinery / Equipments. Candidate with the knowledge of plastics processing industry shall be given preference. 

Primary Responsibilities:-

• Communicating with clients, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
• Installation & Commissioning on site.
• To visit for daily/routine health checkups to different new  and existing clients.
