Looking for a candidate to lead all the functions of the Executive assistant to director and marketing Communications Manager acting as a executives & clients and other external communication, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Managing executives' calendars and set up meetings along with implementation of the marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters. Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging, and branding throughout all communication touch points. Being a Marcom manager understands products, customers, and industry and develops focused communications, Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials, optimize marketing communications. Develops the internal and external resources required for communication program delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
- Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
- Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO, demand generation, lead generation, etc
- Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required.
- Managing communications spending and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication.

Key Deliverable:
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
