Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Experience managing executive-level calendars and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidate from industrial machinery segment shall be given preference.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to the Director who will provide high-level administrative and strategic support. The role requires excellent coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review presentations, reports, correspondence, and documents.
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across teams on behalf of the Director.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist in project coordination and execution across departments.
- Organize business travel, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Screen calls, emails, and communications and prioritize responses.
- Support the Director in strategic planning, research, and decision-making as required.
