Design & Engineering

Aerodry has a dedicated engineering and design department equipped with latest CAD/CAM software for prototyping of its product development as well as new product launches.

The design department works on software as well as hardware research & development in order to provide value for money to its customers. Its R&D center is a contemporary hub for development of innovative products and improvements in existing range making it the backbone of Aerodry’s growth.

In addition to product design and engineering, the team also designs fully integrated turnkey solutions customized to specific process and shopfloor needs. It also works on the production data management software that integrates machines operations through a single window control.

 

Manufacturing Process

Aerodry has modern manufacturing infrastructure spread over 1L sq ft area located in Noida (Delhi NCR). Unit 1 is located in Noida Sector 11 and Unit 2 at Greater Noida Ecotech 6 are equipped with latest plant and machinery. To ensure high end quality production, all major manufacturing processes are caried out in-house which include operations such as sheet metal cutting, bending, punching, welding, surface finish, assembly, testing and warehousing.

Besides this, company has inhouse testing facility to ensure that all products are fully tested for the performance prior to dispatch. In addition to manufacturing the company also has inhouse R&D and display center for prototyping as well as carrying out the live demonstration for customers. Company has dedicated assembly lines for Gravimetric Blenders, Volumetric Dosers, Dehumidifying Dryers, Hot Air Dryers, Hopper Loaders, Central Conveying Systems, MTC, to make the batch production with complete end-to-end traceability. There is a separate production line for large size equipment such as Chillers, Crystallizers and Pressure Conveying Systems.

Aerodry believes that quality products can be delivered only through a stringent quality assurance both inputs as well as processes. Since we make process equipment, the quality of products of our customers is dependent on the performance and reliability of our products.

At Aerodry, quality is built into the products right from the design stage and material selection stage itself. We follow ISO 9001 : 2015 quality assurance system with process- oriented standard operating procedures to ensure that we manufacture robust. Our products also meet the stringent CE requirements.

Inspection & Testing

All our products are rigorously tested at our manufacturing facility against their performance prior to dispatch.

Testing includes functional tests backed-up with simulation and performance wherever applicable. The final performance tests are conducted at customer site prior to handing over.
